Our custom hair system is guaranteed made to your order specification, otherwise you can send it back, the system must be returned in its original condition, which means the hair can not be cut, washed, permed, dyed or worn in any way. If there is our mistake in your order afte receiving and checking, we will agree to repair or remake the order when it can’t be repaired to conform to the order. We do not afford the shipping cost.

The delivery time of our custom orders can not be guaranteed. Generally speaking, the lead time of custom orders (normal service) takes about 5-6 weeks from the time we receive your final order confirmation to the time when it is ready. However, this is only a guideline and delivery time may be sooner or later. As we need to take our holidays or other factors into consideration.
